Carbon Conference 2010: The Economics of Carbon

INDIANAPOLIS — Galvin Strategies and Carbon Solutions Group have organized the Midwest’s first conference to address the world’s fastest growing market: The Carbon Market.  The Carbon Conference 2010: The Economics of Carbon will be held on March 11, 2010 at the Westin Indianapolis, and will host a number of experts in the areas of utility management, environmental management, carbon offsets and emissions trading.

“This will be an opportunity for business owners, utility managers, financiers and state and local government officials to learn how the market can work for them from the industries that are dealing with carbon offsets and credits on a daily basis,” stated David Galvin, Event Organizer “The information and materials that will be presented at the conference will help Indiana-based businesses continue to stay competitive in both national and international markets.

Participants who attend Carbon Conference 2010 will hear experts in the fields of renewable and sustainable energies discuss carbon credits, carbon emission offsets, and other relevant topics regarding the carbon market. A panel discussion as well as a look into how industries are presently using the carbon market to generate revenue and offsets will be featured during the conference.
